Arrived in New Caledonia last night at around 6:30 PM. The workers met us and we went to get our rental vehichle, then drove to our hotel. Today we are going to head to the beaches, and maybe meet the workers for lunch. Its very humid and hot here, so we are going to need to wear lots of sunscreen! Unfortunately, the internet here at our hotel is slow, so it makes it harder for us to update our blog. We will try and put some pictures up tonight of our flights and our day today.

Great to hear from you! Can't wait to hear more and see some pics. Hope you all managed to get some sleep your first night and then found the perfect beach spot to get some much needed sun after a very long AB winter! Love from the farm.
ReplyDeleteHi!! Glad you're safe on "land"! (Never, never land!) After a long flght like that you will need a couple of rest days! Are you going to find some beach time or have they got you scheduled in to some heavy duty work!! Enjoy being In New Caledonia!!!
